November 9, 2011 -- Emerging 200: Dougherty Sprague Environmental Set to Graduate From the SBA's e200 Initiative on November 9th.

FORT WORTH, TEXAS - The U.S. Small Business Administration honored Dougherty Sprague Environmental and 15 other participating companies in its Emerging 200 Initiative (e200) at a graduation ceremony in Dallas on November 9. The intense program, which provided more than 40 hours of advanced management training, was a collaboration of the SBA Dallas/Fort Worth District Office, North Texas Small Business Development Center, City of Dallas Office of Economic Development, Minority Business Development Agency, Greater Dallas Hispanic Chamber, Dallas Black Chamber, Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber, Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber, US Pan American Asian Chamber, and North Texas Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders.

The e200 initiative focused on small companies in Dallas/Fort Worth and surrounding areas that have the potential for rapid expansion and job creation. Firms had to have an operational track record of three years or more to gain entrance into the e200 Program.
