Dougherty Sprague Environmental Names New President

RICHARDSON, Texas—Dougherty Sprague Environmental (dse) is pleased to announce that Curtis W. Franklin has joined the dse executive team in November 2007. Mr. Franklin has 21 years of environmental consulting experience. He has a broad range of experience including private sector, state and municipal, and federal government clients. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and will serve as the President of the company. His duties will include oversight of operations, personnel, business development and strategic growth for the company. Mr. Franklin will be President and report directly to the CEO Cathy Dougherty.
