Established woman owned 8(a) environmental engineering and consulting firm seeks watershed NEPA manager/project manger for start-up opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida, area.

Duties will include:

• New and established clients (USACE, NAVFACSE) business development 
• Proposal writing (many Federal) 
• Staff development 
• Project management including budgeting/cost controls 
• Technical direction
• Quality oversight

Must have proven track record in large (multi-million dollar) environmental project management. Familiarity with both green-side (NEPA) and brown-side (remediation) a plus. Must have BS in addition to 10-15 years experience in watershed/NEPA/wetlands restoration environmental consulting arena, required. Engineer with PE and or Certified Floodplain Manager a plus. Former DOD/military experience also a plus. Salary to be commiserative with experience. Bonus incentives based on performance included.
