Elegant Cleaners operated on this property from January 1992 to March 2003 using PCE as a dry cleaning solvent. The Elegant Cleaners is no longer doing business at this location. However, the shopping center owner desired to remediate the site so that he could sell the property. dse prepared and submitted the VCP application, APAR, negotiated with the TCEQ and obtained a site closure letter.
